Billy, Dinero and e-conomic for accounting, Salary for payroll and Nemhandel for e-invoicing lookups are included in operation packages. Danløn, DataLøn and Zenegy are in early access. Features and permission requirements vary by provider. e-conomic has an optional Drafts only restriction.

Bookkeeping CLI works with Claude Desktop (recommended for the best experience), ChatGPT with Developer Mode, and any other MCP-compatible AI assistant.

New managed subscriptions are paid. Starter costs 99 DKK per month excluding VAT and includes 1,000 accounting operations for one person. Your accounting software and AI assistant are billed separately. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed terms.

One AI request may execute several accounting operations. Use the actual usage and receipts in your dashboard to plan capacity; one chat message is not necessarily one operation.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Managed connections send requests through our service to your accounting software. We process the data needed to carry out the actions you choose. Files you upload or archive are stored for that feature. Direct use with your own provider keys runs from your own client. Your AI provider processes data you choose to use in your AI conversation. Accounting contents, documents and payroll are never sent to Meta through our ad measurement.

The hosted service processes accounting data and stores encrypted connection credentials, activity and files you upload or archive. Your AI provider also processes data from the actions you choose. See the privacy policy and data processing agreement for details.

Sign in to Bookkeeping and open Dashboard → Connections. Choose e-conomic, authorize the intended agreement and return to Bookkeeping. Check the company name before continuing. In Claude, open Customize in the sidebar, select Plugins and open Add. Choose Upload plugin. In Cowork, open the Cowork tab first.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes. Claude can create and edit order and invoice drafts. Signed or negative invoice lines support credit preparation. Existing customer defaults can supply layouts and payment terms. Validate your particular self-billing document and VAT treatment before relying on that workflow.

The owner can enable Drafts only on an e-conomic connection. Bookkeeping then blocks final actions, deletion, master-data changes and dimension writes while allowing supported draft preparation and reads. It covers access through Bookkeeping, not credentials used elsewhere.

Yes. Legacy departments and departmental distributions can be read. Modern dimension layers, values and supported assignments can also be read and managed when enabled on the agreement. Dimension writes require unrestricted access; Drafts only blocks them.

No. Connect your accounting provider in Bookkeeping, upload the Claude plugin and authorize its connector in your browser. Select the intended companies and permissions. The plugin includes the current remote connector URL.

For one person preparing work regularly, Pro includes 5,000 operations for 299 DKK/month excluding VAT. One request can consume several operations. Team is intended for several named users. Your Claude and e-conomic subscriptions are separate.

The published Documents API covers attached documents and does not expose Inbox listings, approval status or moving an existing Inbox scan onto an entry. Those steps are therefore unavailable in the connector. Existing accessible PDFs can be read and previewed as page images, and supplier vouchers can be created in a journal, but this is not a complete automatic Inbox workflow.
